Privacy Policy: what we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, address or city, the type of job, the year your house was built, your message, and whether you checked either text message box. If you text or call us, we have your number and what you send us. We do not take payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your request, quote the job, schedule the work and follow up on it. If you checked the marketing box, we may also text you occasional offers and service reminders. We do not sell or rent your information. The companies that help us run this site and deliver your request to us (website hosting, form delivery, customer system and text messaging providers) handle it only to provide that service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we protect your information
Your details are stored only with the service providers that run our website, text messages and customer system, which use encrypted connections. Only BNG Industries and the team that helps run our system can see them, and we never post or sell them.
SMS terms
Program: BNG Industries LLC texts customers who opt in on our quote form about their quote, scheduling and job updates, and, if they also opt in to offers, occasional offers and service reminders. Both boxes are optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Costs and frequency: message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and the Meta pixel
This site may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar cookies to measure which ads bring in quote requests and to show our ads to people likely to need an electrician. When the pixel is active and you submit a request, contact details such as your phone number may be sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the visit to an ad. You can limit this in your browser settings and in your Facebook ad preferences.
Quotes and pricing
Every job is quoted on site. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Your price is the one in your written quote after Nathan sees the job.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. BNG Industries provides a 10-year workmanship warranty. The written warranty and your written quote or estimate govern the exact terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, or ask what we hold about you. Call, text or email and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it.
